I think it’s safe to say that the entire team is extremely excited to have renowned chef Massimo Capra joining us. Chef Massimo brings a wealth of experience, insight and passion to the job and is great to work with.
The Rainbow Room has a rich history due in part to its location at the Crowne Plaza Hotel which opened as the General Brock Hotel in 1929. Located at the first luxury hotel in Niagara Falls, the Rainbow Room would be one of the first Fallsview fine dining restaurants in Niagara and quickly built a reputation for having an exquisite menu, and exceptional service. This legacy continues today as the “Massimo Capra’s Rainbow Room Fallsview Restaurant” philosophy is to create an experience that is unmatched in Niagara Falls. We have taken an approach that will set the Falls Avenue Resort and the Rainbow Room stand apart from the crowd. Our fresh market menu was created with the produce, meats and game produced in Niagara in mind and our extensive wine list (hand selected by the notable Tony Aspler) features Niagara’s top vintages.
